Turn your favourite brie, camembert, mozzarella or goats cheese into a delicious dish of oozing melted cheese heaven!

Serving Suggestion: Pop your selected cheese in the baker and into the oven at 150 degrees celsius for 25 mins (with a sprinkle of dried herbs if desired). Once ready, garnish with thyme and honey or vincotto and serve directly in the baker.
