Love Olio Bello's chilli jam, zucchini relish and olive oils?
PARMESAN & GARLIC ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
Olio Bello garlic or parmesan infused EVOO
A head of cauliflower
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder and smoked paprika
Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower florets into a large bowl.
Drizzle with Olio Bello olive oil, and sprinkle with all the seasonings. Using your clean hands toss well to get all pieces evenly coated.
Transfer the cauliflower to the prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes more, or until crisp tender.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
