General Terms of Service
Nosh is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
The terms of service below establish a basic agreement between the you and us however, where reasonable, NOSH will always seek a solution reflective of the specific circumstances that satisfies both parties. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss any issue that arises.
When purchasing from Nosh you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms below. These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time by Nosh without notice and at all times are subject to a "fair play" understanding.

• All transaction will be displayed and processed in Australian Dollars. (AUD)
• Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays or failed delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.
• We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. As many of our suppliers are small producers who are themselves subject to seasonal availability and production limitations, we reserve the right to replace any unavailable product with a product of equal or greater value and quality.
• If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days to discuss cancellation or an alternative at your discretion.
• We do not actively track the delivery of each order through to conclusion. If a recipient has not received an order, it is your responsibility to inform us so that we can pursue the delivery with our couriers.
• Orders containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18. No quantity of alcohol will be delivered independently of a more substantial order of food or giftware.
• Nosh will endeavour to deliver an order by the date requested however this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
• Orders will be dispatched upon payment in full to Nosh.
• No deliveries are made on public holidays. Weekend deliveries are available by prior arrangement.
• All cancellation of orders must be done no later than the delivery leaving Nosh. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our store.
• Most deliveries will be handled by third party courier companies. We will do everything reasonably possible to ensure delivery however we remain subject to the conduct of the couriers themselves. If the delivery is exceptionally late, arrives in damaged or poor condition or simply does not arrive at all, we will refund or resend depending on the circumstances and usually in consultation with you.

Our online store accepts most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When purchasing from Nosh Gourmet Food & Gifts your financial details are handled by a specialist third party payment provider who uses a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
NOSH does not handle or store any payment data. We do receive data except that relating to what is required to contact you, the recipient and to ensure delivery.

Privacy Policy
In order to process a transaction via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number and email address.
Nosh Gourmet takes seriously the issue of our customer's privacy. We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other organisation.
Credit card details are NOT stored in any way on our database and transactions are entirely processed through a third party payment system provider.
Nosh Gourmet will not disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, share, or pass onto any third parties personal information you have provided to us, unless we have your consent to do so.
The only times we would use or disclose information is if:
• It is required by law.
• We believe it is necessary to protect our rights or property.
• We feel it is necessary to our terms of service.
You will only be sent information about our products if you choose to be on our mailing list. If you decide to not be on the mailing list you can elect to be removed from the mailing list at any time.
EWAY or Shopify {NOSH} uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from EWAY or Shopify {NOSH} only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website (subject to the terms of service) or does not do what it is supposed to do.
