Absolutely — we’re happy to choose a suitable hamper on your behalf. All we need is your budget, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Do we have to order online?
Absolutely not - we’d love to hear from you personally! You’re welcome to place your order via email, phone, or text. As long as you provide us with all the necessary details, we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I make my own hamper in-store?
You’re very welcome to build your own hamper in-store. You can either take full creative control and choose everything yourself or lean on our team’s expertise to help curate the perfect combination. There’s a bit of “Tetris” involved in getting everything to fit just right, but we’ll make sure it’s packaged beautifully and presented perfectly.
Can my hamper stay the same every time I order?
Definitely! Provided you order
directly with our team rather than through our online store. Just let us know if you’d like to add your hamper to our system. If you’d like it wrapped the same way, just let us know and we’ll be happy to replicate the presentation style.
Do you handle large bulk orders?
Yes! Despite being a small team, we regularly create bulk corporate hamper orders, typically ranging from 5 to 50 hampers, and at times more!
What classifies as a bulk order at Nosh?
Typically any order of approximately five or more hampers or gifts, intended for corporate gifting, events, or multiple recipients that requires coordinated preparation or fulfilment.
How much notice do you need for bulk?
For smaller-scale bulk orders, we ideally require one week’s notice, though we always do our best to work within your schedule where possible. For larger orders exceeding 15 hampers, we do appreciate additional notice to ensure we can source stock and prepare everything to our usual standard.
How long do bulk orders take?
We can generally have smaller-scale bulk orders completed within a week, depending on stock availability. For larger orders exceeding 15 hampers, we may require additional time to ensure we have sufficient stock and can prepare everything to our usual standard.
Can we add extra branded items to a hamper?
You’re more than welcome to include a small number of your own branded items, provided they can fit in the hamper cohesively!
Can we add personalised branding to the wrapping of the hamper?
Yes! We can incorporate branded ribbons, tags, or cards. We don’t produce these in-house, so all branded materials need to be provided by the customer.
Does Nosh require the recipients contact details?
only if your hampers are being delivered by us to individual recipients. This is to help ensure the hampers arrive safely and smoothly, we contact every recipient prior to delivery. Don’t worry - we’re seasoned pro's at keeping surprise gifts a surprise!
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
For Perth metro deliveries completed by our team or courier, we contact recipients prior to delivery to help ensure they’ll be home or able to provide a secure place for the hamper to be left safely. This helps avoid unattended deliveries and ensures your gift arrives in perfect condition.
For Australia Post deliveries, tracking details will be provided via your email. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be taken to a local Australia Post branch for collection.
Can we collect our order in-store?
Yes! Free pickup is available from our East Victoria Park and Subiaco stores. Just make sure to let us know where you'll be collecting from.
Do you provide bulk order discounts?
We don’t typically offer discounts on our hampers. We keep our pricing as fair and considered as possible, reflecting the quality of the products and the attention that goes into every order.
Can Nosh provide an invoice for our order?
We can absolutely provide an invoice for your order. We just ask that you contact us in advance, and ideally place the order directly with our team rather than through our online store, so we can ensure the process is as smooth and seamless as possible.
