How Nosh came to be!

We’ve always loved good food. Having lived all across Western Australia, we discovered just how many incredible gourmet producers were quietly creating outstanding products right on our doorstep. The only question was - how do we bring it all together in one place?

In May 2011, we opened Nosh Gourmet Gifts in East Victoria Park, Perth, with a simple idea: to celebrate and share the very best local food. A space where beautiful, thoughtfully made products from passionate producers could be enjoyed all in one place.

From the beginning, Nosh has been about more than just food. It’s about people: the makers, creators and small family-run businesses behind every product. We are proud to support and showcase predominantly Western Australian producers, bringing their stories and flavours into gifts that feel personal, meaningful, and that extra bit special.

And what better way to celebrate great local produce than through gifting. Over the years, we’ve refined the art of creating beautiful hampers filled with WA-made goodness: carefully curated, thoughtfully packaged, and tailored to suit every occasion. From ready-made hampers in-store and online, to fully customised creations, every Nosh gift is made with care and intention.

After the warm response to our East Victoria Park store, we opened a second home for Nosh in the heart of Subiaco in 2024. Nosh Gourmet 2.0 has allowed our community to grow in a new space, while staying true to everything we’ve always believed in - quality, locality, and connection.
