Our Small Batch Chocolate Story...

It all started with a simple question: how would we make a chocolate bar just for us?

Before launching our handmade range, we wanted to create chocolate that felt truly personal - made with real ingredients, bold flavour, and the kind of quality you can taste in every bite.

From the beginning, our focus has been on doing things properly. We use premium couverture chocolate, fresh ingredients, and carefully considered combinations to create gourmet flavours with a few unexpected twists along the way. The result is smooth, creamy chocolate layered with texture, balance, and plenty of old-fashioned handmade care.

What began as a small kitchen operation in the small kitchen of our East Victoria Park Nosh store has since grown into something a little bigger. As demand and creativity grew, we moved into a larger space just down the road - giving us the room to make more chocolate, experiment more freely, and continue refining what we do best.

Even now, we still love sharing what we make. You’ll often find a selection of our chocolates available for tasting in-store, because we believe chocolate should be experienced, not just chosen. Whether you’re curious to try something new or just in the mood for a little indulgence, we’ve got you covered.
