Delivery Information


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery availability and fees depend on your location:

  • Inner Perth Metro
  • Outer Perth Metro
  • Regional & Rural Western Australia
  • Interstate Australia-wide

Delivery to some remote areas may be limited or subject to additional charges.


2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination:

  • Inner Perth Metro – $18
  • Outer Perth Metro – $25
  • Regional / Rural WA – $27
  • Interstate – $37

All delivery fees are charged in addition to the cost of goods unless otherwise stated.


3. Delivery Methods

  • Metro deliveries are usually handled by courier services or Nosh personally.
  • Regional and interstate deliveries are typically sent via Australia Post.
  • We may use alternative carriers where required.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time is typically 1–3 business days.
  • Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (e.g. holidays).

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates or times.


5. Same-Day & Express Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Express or urgent delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
  • These services are subject to availability and approval.

6. Weekend & Public Holiday Deliveries

  • No standard deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Special arrangements may be possible but are not guaranteed.

7. Delivery Conditions

To ensure safe and successful delivery:

  • A valid recipient name, phone number, and delivery address must be provided.
  • Deliveries typically cannot be completed without accurate contact details.
  • If access is restricted (e.g. gated property), gate codes or alternative instructions must be provided.
  • Deliveries via Australia Post require a signature on delivery.
  • Face-to-face deliveries via Nosh or a courier do not require a signature on delivery.

8. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering.

9. Perishable Goods

  • Hampers containing perishable items may require special handling.
  • During hot weather, deliveries may not be left unattended unless authorised by the recipient.
  • Some refrigerated hampers (e.g. cheese products) are only available for pickup.

10. Risk & Responsibility

  • Once goods are handed to a courier or Australia Post, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery services, but will assist where possible.

11. Pickup Option

Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our store during business hours at no additional charge.
