Are your hampers pre-made or custom?
Both! You can choose from our pre-designed hampers online or contact us for a completely custom-made gift tailored to your recipient, occasion and budget.
Can I include a personalised message?
Of course. You can add a complimentary gift message at checkout and we’ll include it with your hamper. If you forget this step - feel free to text your order number and gift message to us and we can add it for you!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do our best to accommodate urgent/same-day deliveries within the Perth metro area where possible. Orders must be placed before 11am on the day, and availability may vary depending on courier availability. For urgent requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Perth metro deliveries completed by our team or a courier are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of your order being placed, unless a different delivery date has been requested by the recipient. Delivery times for regional and interstate orders may vary depending on Australia Post transit times.
Can I track my order?
You’ll receive updates as your order is marked as ready for delivery or pickup, and again once it has been fulfilled after delivery or collection.
We’re currently working on improving our online tracking system for orders delivered by our team or a courier. At the moment we can provide your delivery day, however we’re unable to offer exact delivery time windows. Orders will always arrive at their destination after we open at 10am.
For Australia Post deliveries, tracking details are provided with every order and will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
Why does Nosh require the recipients contact details?
To help ensure your hamper arrives safely and smoothly, we contact every recipient prior to delivery. Don’t worry - we’re seasoned pro's at keeping surprise gifts a surprise!
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our standard deliveries are completed on weekdays only. While weekend delivery requests are generally unavailable, we may be able to arrange special courier deliveries with at least 7 days’ notice. Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss availability.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
For Perth metro deliveries completed by our team or courier, we contact recipients prior to delivery to help ensure they’ll be home or able to provide a secure place for the hamper to be left safely. This helps avoid unattended deliveries and ensures your gift arrives in perfect condition.
For Australia Post deliveries, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be taken to a local Australia Post branch for collection.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! Free pickup is available from our East Victoria Park and Subiaco stores. Just ensure you select the correct location at checkout.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! We offer a range of gluten-free hampers and can also tailor hampers to suit vegan and nut-free preferences where possible. Halal-friendly options may also be available, although our range is more limited.
Please note that while we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination, as products are sourced from a variety of suppliers and production facilities. We recommend contacting our team to discuss any specific dietary needs prior to ordering.
Can I add extra items from the Nosh site to a hamper?
You’re welcome to include additional items from our website with your order. If you’d like these included in a hamper, please let us know at the time of ordering so we can package them together accordingly. Alternatively, items can also be sent as a separate gift if preferred - just let us know your preference.
Can I add my own items to a hamper?
You’re welcome to include a small number of your own items, provided they can fit in the hamper cohesively! As a general guide, the hamper will need to be made up of at least 70% Nosh products.
Can I shop in-store for a last-minute gift?
Definitely! We always have a rotating selection of handcrafted hampers and gourmet gifts available in both of our stores. Please note that our in-store range differs from what’s available online, although we use the same delightful products across both.
Can I make my own hamper in-store?
Yes! You’re very welcome to build your own hamper in-store. You can either take full creative control and choose everything yourself or lean on our team’s expertise to help curate the perfect combination. There’s a bit of “Tetris” involved in getting everything to fit just right, but we’ll make sure it’s packaged beautifully and presented perfectly.
